I have a series of lumps that are in my abdomen and upper torso.
They developed after I had a mono like illness last May. hey are I believe that they are a sign of lymph congestion. I have had accompanying lower back ache, most noticeable when I sit or lie down. I have tried rebounding and castor oil packs. Based on this loose description, could anyone tell me if it sounds like lymph congestion and what else I might try.I have tried a couple of sessions of manual lymph drainage but not shift. Thanks
