Thanks for all the wonderful news,
Suzie! It's obvious that your body
is on the Healing Path. All of your
75 trillion cells KNOW that you've
given them permission to begin the
healing process. You're eating the
right foods, drinking the right
drinks, thinking the right thoughts,
and enjoying playful exercise, like
rebounding.

Every day, Suzie, your body, mind,
and soul will become a bit cleaner
than they were yesterday. I suggest
you also begin saying some affirmations every morning, if you
haven't already done so. I posted
a lot of my personal affirmations
on the Affirmations forum. Read
through them. If any resonate with
you, print them out (or copy them),
and begin saying them every day.
And don't forget to talk to your
body while you're rebounding! Tell
your body how much you love it,
and how grateful you are for the
Great Turnaround that is taking place. Bodies DO listen, Suzie,
and, just like people, they love
to hear buoyant, upbeat things said
to them.

I'm very proud of you, Suzie! Your
life is going to get better and better. Don't doubt that for a moment.
