Thanks for your reply. I looked at the site for the Miracle soap etc but I was hoping to be able to do some kind detox bath without having to buy more products. I am fresh out of cash at the moment with all the treatments etc. I read your previous post and would love that result especially the feeling of wellness! I'll have a look back to previous posts to see if there is anything else mentioned. I have really got into the skin brushing and I will also keep rebounding and dancing as much as I can so hopefully that will help. The snow has melted now but replaced with heavy rain so still can't get out. I am really missing my walks as it is also when I usually do all my serious thinking. Can't wait for the weather to change.
