either book the Amazing Liver Flush/ ot the Key to Health and Rejuvenation
they both have his kidney flush recipe and great tips and his Liver Flush recipe..

teh liver book/ the kidney recipe is a bi tdifferent he leaves out a few herbs/ he said as time went by he found out they were not as necessary.

if youcan at all possible get both books it is a great thing.. the key one goes inot findin gyou dosha bidy typ e and gives food tips etc.. that best benefityou a whoel spectrum of the food groups as per eat lots/ to eat in reduced amts to avoid 8)

both books give great tips about many things and i have found them
to completely compliment each other 8)
