Hi ya wrenn!!!!!! :)

I am going to spend the week finishing up my B & P shakes to clear out all the old Liver Flush garbage and I am going to do this next week. How long are you doing it for?????

I also tried to figure our wich of anderes' books has the kidney flush info in it (you just did a two week kidney flush) and I am not sure which book to buy. Can you point me the right way? Maybe I should do that first?!
