Aye, I love what skin brushing does for the body in what I can see as well as cannot. My skin is so smooth when I do it regularly, it even smoothes my stretch marks rough texture. They are much less horrid now, and I have been using ozonated olive oil before getting in the sauna and their appearance seems to be decreasing as well. My clothes are also fitting better already as well. What wonderful things are all natural health tools! I see these women on tv getting plastic surgery for this and that, I always think "if you'd have skin brushed you wouldn't need a tummy tuck" "if you'd just exercise and eat right you wouldn't need to pay for a liposuction". I'd rather spend some time and effort and do it the natural way than surgery and money! And I have some effort to spend, I am not at my healthy weight after a couple of pregnacies--but you know what? I am determined to be healthy, and I am determined to get there---for myself, my husband and my little girl. I'm never going to look like a supermodel (not with all of these stretch marks! lol) but I will feel good in myself being at a healthy weight and doing healthy things, and bringing my daughter up healthy. Leading by example. :) Yesterday I was lifting weights in the livingroom and Angel had the one pound weights trying to emulate each move! :) When I am doing arobics she looks so funny trying to lift her legs this way and that! I want her growing up thinking it is fun to get healthy! :) Anyway...sorry to step up on my soapbox! I will step down now, you all have a wonderful day ;) Caitlin Lorraine
