might consider rubing warmed castor oil all over lymph areas and let it soak in til dry.. then do dy skin brushign
or vice versa.. tehn later shwoer with the hot /cold way to get teh castor oil smeel of fyou 8) and ocntinue with lymph action aide also... by doign that.
