you can try using a quartz healing crystal pointing it a few inches below your navel and holding it about 4 inches away from the body( clothed is fine).Hold it there for a full 2 min. and ask it to eliminate your virus.
If that does not work a sure way to get rid of a virus is Solaray Grapefruit Seed extract, 3 -250 mg. tablets 3 x a day for 3 weeks, then 2 tabs for 2 weeks and 1 tab for 2 weeks.
