no wrenn, didn't try that one- just put my amethyst crystal in between my eyebrows and then followed up by laying a selenite wand in the middle of my abdomen to balance up- hmmm it just occured to me that maybe my heart is just trying to let go of stuff- since that is what selenite helps to do.

I have been working on my heart chakra- guess a lot of stuff has come up v. quickly
