I've been doing Liver Flushes for almost a year. I started out doing two in seven months. After a bad gallbladder attack I've been doing them every two to three weeks for the last 4 1/2 months. I'm going through perimenopause and have noticed a huge reduction in symptoms, no more hot flashes and hardly any night sweats. My periods are no longer as heavy, but I don't know if that's from the flushes are a normal part of the process. Also, for the first time since my teen years, I don't get the awful migraines, at least not as often.
