I love your benediction August, Peace, Love and Ropes. I am old to liver flushing, but new to the Master-Cleanse fast. Did you start on the P&B shakes right away? I was planning to do just The Master Cleanser for a few days to get good general detox, then focus on bowel cleansing. After reading these posts, I'm wondering if that is necessary.
How does one bring this subject into general discussion? I'm wondering what the folks at church would think of all this. But then again, when was a good poop practically a spiritual experience for the average guy?
