Everyone is welcome to open meetings. There are special closed meeting, but for the most part you may visit and listen as long as you agree to the anonimity clause, "What you see here, what you hear here - let it stay here!".

When its your turn to speak, merely pass or tell them you are just here to listen - no one will pressure you.
