Believe me - you are not the only person asking me that question! I've been asking myself the same thing.

The answer is that when we meet and fell in love, she was one of the most caring/loving people I had ever met. She is a midwife and home schools the kids.

After 7 years of being married to me, she has become depressed, bitter and all those other things I described. In a lot of ways I feel I drove her to the brink with my behavior and now I want everything to be like it was - is that wrong on my part?

I think we could work things out if she would get the chip off her shoulder!
