Hi Squeaky Clean,

I know in my case, I never went to a Chiropractor because my stupid HMO insurance doenst cover for one.

Only today, at our local health fair, did I get a "re-alignment" for $10.00 from a chiropracter. (right afterwards, i went to the Reiki booth and got a Reiki treatment done as well)

I was very impressed and glad that i had paid the $10.00. I was afraid at first, fearing that he would accidentally hurt me-- but I relaxed, and the 'popping' noises I heard from my cartilidge as he manipulated me actually felt verrry good!

I am pleasantly surprisd, and am now adding a twice a year spinal re-adjustment on my list of things to do each Spring and Fall.
