From someone who has a shoulder that goes out… There are many ways to put yourself back into place... wouldn't recommend any of them. If you put your shoulder back improperly on your own you could do pinch or sever a nerve and cause permanent nerve damage. Have your Chiro put it back and show you some exercises that will help strengthen the muscles around the joint. If you strengthen them properly it should help keep it from happening.
