Thank you very much, Owen. Thank you for understanding! I really appreciate what you have informed me, and I promise to give all of it a try. When you told me that meat and dairy were killing my bacteria, it made me so happy. You see, I used to be a vegetarian/vegan for 2 1/2 years. I gave it up and began consuming milk and meat again, and a few days after is when I began experiencing pain and stomach upset! Thank you very much for your prayers, too. They mean so much to me.. I believe God had sent me to this website for a reason, as well as the books I have found. You truly are a special person.
