I noticed at the Dr. Clark store they are selling

I have choosen to use a 7 ply surgical stainless steel cookware that is called Healthcraft. They claim waterless cooking which means you use minimal amounts of water and the beauty is that is solid stainless that cooks evenly from the bottom, sides and top.

I'm glad I didn't throw them out!
