Intestinal Formula #2 is what you should try. IF #1 has senna in it, people may feel cramps since it is a laxative. To be cautiious I would start with #2 first, it is a Bentonite clay that absorbs all the toxins in the colon and helps alakalize. So think about the consistency of your stool. You may use Magnesium citrate or Magnesium oxide for gentle stimulation of peristalsis.
Its up to you. Enemas are always a good place to start.
