Playing octopus is when you go on a date and all of a sudden your date seems to have 8 hands, all of them trying to touch you in places you don't want to be touched yet. No matter how often you move one, another one is approaching.

If your date continues to move away or move your hands - pay attention to it and STOP! It's a clear "No Go" signal.
