Hi Gracey,
Thanks a lot for all the advice. At the moment, I'm dealing with the parasites. Apparently, I have pinworms, so I'm doing Mexican herbs (I live in Mexico), adding Wormwood , and zapping.
What you say about magnesium and the intestine is very interesting and makes a lot of sense. What do you think about Epsom Salts as a source of magnesium? The other forms I've found are mixed with other stuff I don't want to take.
Then, I'll go on with the cleanses.
