I hold my nose when I drink the OO (Olive-Oil) & grapefruit juice & then wipe my lips with a towel between sips. I also suck on a pepperment after I finish with the mixture as I am relaxing myself. I just started doing this & boy does it help! The taste of the OO (Olive-Oil) & grapefruit juice stating on your tongue & lips is just gross. but the alternative is no gallbladder & I am NOT going to do that. Even before I knew about the flush I did not want to have my gallbladder taken out. I figure that God gave it to me for a reason. The part I am the worst about is excerise. I have started to do a little each day but need to do more!
