Doing my first flush yesterday and today, and am using Bob's protocol. It is very nice, keeps me hydrated, and the potions taste all right. Last night and this morning I passed several hundred small stones (BB size and watermelon-seed size) and a few larger ones (1/2 inch or more in diameter). What a great cleanse!
This cleanse is a kick: it incorporates apple juicing, hot/cold showers & lemonade fasting along with the OO/ES. I will use it next time as well. Thanks, Bob!
