Hi Anja; As far as food to eat I cannot help you, but the smoothie sounds really good. As far as drinking water I continued drinking water after 2:00. The Epsom Salt really works over time with me so I need it.. I was really nervous to the first flush I did. But it was nothing, I felt fine the next day, just very loose stooles all day..but it was exciting to see what was their each time.. I will be doing my 3rd flush tomorrow night as well.
