hey rainbow. thanks for checking in on me.
well i finished my third flush today. i still dont think its over though, because i keep passing chaff, which i think is good. so far though this one was kind of a bummer. this whole week ive been drinking lots of water and apple juice, and yesterday i didnt eat any food, just continued drinking water and apple juice, and i yet to see any big stones. i did get rid of a bunch of little bright green floaters and chaff, but its probably not as much as i got rid of on my second flush. i plan on doing chinese bitters and gold coin grass for a while before i do my fourth flush. how have you been doing since flushing recently? any health improvements rainbow? take care ;)
