Natural remedies cannot help if you are too far gone. I don't think it's fair to knock natural cures if they didn't work for you. Instead I think it's important to evaluate your eating/cleansing habits leading up to your GB removal.

If you start early with seasonal fasts and cleansing regimens, in addition to watching what you eat, your body will reward you. =)
