If your referring to symptoms of a gall bladder attack, mine are very painful it starts in the area between my ribcages and than works it's way into my back, I than get pain on my right side in gallbladder area..it feels as if someone put a belt around me in that area and just kept squeezing and squeezing..I am on the floor , bed what ever crying..it seems to help when someone pounds on my back.
As far as the cleanse, I did not do anything before starting the liver cleanse. I know you should but I had 2 gallbladder attacks with in 24 hrs..I was desperate..
