Hi all: Thank you to allwho responded to my cry of help. I ended up drinking the oil mix it was nasty. I mix 3/4 of a cup of oil and grapefruit I got about 1/2 a cup down, but I just couldn't do anymore because I would've gotten sick. when I laid down I fell Imediatly to sleep. I don't know why I got like that, last time I didn't. I only ate 2 apples all day yesterday and alot of water..Well so far no action, but it is still early.
