Your doing the right thing by getting that out. Don't know the purpose of it any way. I had to have mine removed when I was in my thirtys. Started out with gallbladder trouble in my twenties and I was treated for nervous tension. The doctors said I was too young and to thin to be having gallbladder trouble. So they would prescribe valium for me everytime I walked through the door. Finally I went to my ob/gyn and he sent me down to get the ultra sound. A week later I was in surgery having it removed. The surgeon told me when I came out of it that one or two more attacks and it would have most probably killed me, that is how bad it was. Don't take any chances on here with do it your self remedies, sometimes they just don't work. Take care and I'm sure everything will be fine Wednesday and you won't have to go through anymore pain.
