I think he created a second account cause the first one was blocked.

It was blocked for some possible personal attack on one of Debate Forums .

After explaining to him that personal attacks are NO-NO, he agreed to have his account reestablished ... and agreed to refrain from personals ...

The most common reason why people post with anonymous number is cause that is the selection made for the whole account ... and they forget ...
