the problem is these are all still judgement calls, and no one can come tothe table without some bias.

the forums have a focus and rules that can be argued if moderation is abused. in blogs, the owner is the focus - good, bad, or indifferent. if a person piles up enough crap around themselves, no one will dare to come near.
