The "disease" he can't tell you about is cancer, and the "cure" he can't talk about is coral shell calcium, and he can't tell anyone about it because it's a lie. You can read the charges and convictions that led to him being "silenced"...he was silenced because he defrauded people dying of cancer by promising them a miracle cure, which was actually the least useful form of calcium that you can take.
