a bare pinch of stevia herb is highly potently sweet!
all natural , might check into it.
i still have like 90 packs of a tsp each from last year!!
(when i ordered 100 !)

one pack can last me thru several days just a bare pinch

also for those that desire caffiene
green tea caffiene is different than coffee caffiene.
green tea is highly bneeficial to you,
the true way to get its benefits
are to steep it for only about 30 seconds tops 1 minute.
since the benefits oxidise rapidly

so drink it, steep it fast and drink it fast 8)

it is better to drink regular organic green tea
than decaffienated.
