Hi Grog,

I don't for sure know if these animals are suffering from lack of food. I do know that the diet I've designed for myself has so much nutrition in it that my system is comletely satisfied.

That's why most people over eat.. Too much junk food, not enough body satisfying nutrients. You can actually cut down on quantity if you make up for the quantity with superb optimal food items, quality that is.

I've also designed my diet on the princiiple of the Eat Right For Your Type Diet. which acknowledges the fact that what is one man's food is another's poison..
