Hey Paulette thanks for helping to get htis into the FAQs.

I thought about it some why I got no responce to including such pertinent "must read info for fasters and thought perhaps Spirit might be a little hesitant because he didn't know the sourc of the info and maybe was being cautious not to infringe on someones copyrighted material.

I did a little research to find the actual source for the detox stages info. The Author is Tom McGregor and it's from his book "Fasting to Freedom". The actual webpage with the infois below.

I think it would be prudent to ask for the authors permission and include credit lines for the book etc.

I can try and contact the author and ask his permission if that's the hold up on getting it included in the FAQs.
