Yes, stones can get trapped in the colon and cause irritation, infection and other problems, unless properly removed. Colonics are the easiest, quickest and safest way to accomplish this.

The oil used during the liver flush is not getting digested in the usual sense. It triggers the release of the softened stones by the bile ducts and gallbladder. Olive oil cannot form into balls or stones, unless you apply more than 250 degrees Fahrenheid to it. The way the cleanse is designed, with the pre and post treatment, you cannot get stopped up. But following the directions is important for its success. If you feel you are unable to do this at this time, trust your feelings. There may be a time some time in the future when you will feel differently about it.
