Hi Andreas,

I have had this for awhile. Is this part of the skin problems of an overstimulated pitta?

There are times that my eyelids got so bad, red, itchy and inflamed it was unbearable. Does this include eyestrain? I notice that I have problems with eyestrain as well. Especially in bright environments.

I have been following a similar diet to the one outlined in you book for about two months and have seen reductions in the eye problems. Just wanted your thoughts on it and if you have seen it improve in others or just go away!
