Hi there.

I too am going to flush soon. Because Andreas Moritz recommends having a colonic afterwards and I can not get to a colon therapist until Wednesday therefore I am flushing MOnday night to Tuesday following with a colonic on Wednesday.

I never got pain in my calves though.

Do you do colonics afterwards?
