Hi everyone: Well I am planning my second flush this Friday..
Everything went so well for the first flush, should I expect the same for the second..
oh by the way the first flush seemed to cause my calves to hurt. Has anyone ever experience this, or perhaps it is just coincedental.. They still hurt, I drink plenty of water Maybe I just walked more, I don't know..
