I agree, don't worry about gaining weight because you won't. It takes fat to burn fat....the good kind that is. I think you would be really interested in the Fat Flush Plan. Have you heard of it? I am reading the book right now, it's by Ann-Louise Gittleman. Type Fat Flush Plan in the search and it will come up. It's another way to cleanse the liver but I don't think you will experience stones. Check it out, it might be right up you alley.
