I love the Firm- I have about 20 videos! If you can get their blue and purple fanny lifter. It really helps. You can get it from them (www.firmdirect.com). I have also seen them at Target for a little cheaper and then no S/H fees.
Let me know if you have any ?'s about them. I have beginning to advanced, aerobics to weight to strengthening videos.
Congrats with your flsuh last night. I did mine for the first time last night too and got around 100 stones too. I've been quesy today but am doing better now. Can't wait til the next one!
