I feel so much better!

I did my first flush last night and I passed about 100 stones. Virtually no chafe. I did have a hard time getting to sleep due to heartburn, but I didn't find the oil/juice that bad. It felt like I was drinking salad dressing. I love olive oil, so I am more accustomed to the taste than some. I only felt one sharp pinch and i think it was from the biggest one I passed, which was the size of a big garbonzo bean.

I can't believe how greasy they are. It's just like beef lard.

I will definitely continue. I really want to improve my health. I'm only 33, and my cholesterol is 300. I'm overweight and I hate it. I am going to start my Beck purifying in two days, and am going to order The Firm, and eat much less. I am not ready to die at this young age. My triglycerides are near 800.

Today I feel so calm and relaxed. It was nothing at all.
