hey rainbow. sounds like we had similar experiences. i too passed a lot of sludge, but nothing really special. im feeling really good. i made some fresh apple/pear juice this morning, ate some dates, and am snacking on some veggies right now. at least we know that flushing isnt that bad. its a piece of cake!
