Thanks a lot for the post. I do not eat as well as I should and I believe it could also be consitpation after a flush. Meaning I am not having enough bowel movements and have released all this bad stuff that is still inside me. I am starting to increase my fiber intake and will start with a better diet. If that doesn't help, I will move on and try the other things you suggested.
