From what I can tell, water is ok, it's the food and heavy juices you want to avoid. //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/Are_You_Stoned.asp addresses it in the section "The Treatment - Recipe." Actually, since Epsom Salts (shudder) are very dehydrating, drinking water is a good thing, just not too close to when you start the Epsom Salt mixture to keep from diluting it.
