Yes, under your chest. Feel along the bottom of the rib cage sort of in the middle and you will more than likely find a spot that is pretty tender. May have to go in a little deeper than the surface to feel it. You know when you find it because it hurts when you rub it, but gives relief at the same time. Kind of like a really sore muscle.
