Y'know... I really hate the argument that "just eat fiber, and you'll be fine". That would probably be true if the SAD, the air, etc wasn't so full of gunk. Anyway, that's not my point. I am very regular, I eat right, I cleanse often, yet whenever I get a colonic or do an enema, or am on a cleanse... WOW! The stuff that comes out of me! It's scary how much is in there.

I think about the people who don't "get into" bowel cleansing and can't imagine all the crud that is inside of them.
