Well ... Do you have any example which tells you that someone without taking psyllium got out MucoidPlaque too?

Have you done the experiement heating the water to the body temperature before you add psyllium? I feel that essay makes a lot of sense. I tried to find some scientific proof about using B&P shake to cleanse the bowel, but I couldn't so far.
