Thanks very much for you input, I truly appreciate it, I'm sure my colon will too! :) Anyhow right now I am trying to eat a lot of raw food. I'm having brown rice more now, most of the stuff I eat comes from whole foods, so it is all pretty good. I don't have any bleached flour, white Sugar etc. I do have alcohol on ocassion though. Hopefuly thats not too big a deal. I drink like 4-5 liters of water a day. I was just curious, what is your diet like right now? And are you doing the exact cleanse as is listed in this forum? Anything else I need to know? Because I already have the psylium and benonite so I was looking to get started today. Also, do you mix in any juice with your shakes? I have a juicer so I was wondering. Thanks alot, sorry this message was kinda all over the place, I just have a lot of questions.
