I am starting on the 4th day of drinking the PB shakes and so far nothing has happened. I have not had any movements at all, although I don't really feel constipated. I have been drinking 1 shake per day and I was going to kick it up to two, but first I wanted to see if this was normal or has happened with anyone else? Am I doing anything wrong? Thanks in advance for any info you may have!
