I have suffered for the last 10 years with an anal itch it feels like a hundred squiggly worms just around the edge of the anal opening and just slightly up into the rectum. The only cream that seems to help is cortisone,I hate to go anywhere in public because of it, just in case I start to itch it's so intense. Does anyone else have this problem and find a solution???
